Stampfeli Obernau

The Stampfeli site in Kriens Obernau is being further developed as part of a project competition. It covers an area of 8,676 m² and is located in a residential and working zone on Rengglochstrasse.

The development site includes the “Stampfeli” building, which is worthy of protection, a small farm building and the culverted Ehenhaften canal. The aim of the competition is to find a future-oriented, high-quality structural solution that is in line with the spatial development concept (REK) of the municipality of Kriens and allows for moderate densification.
