Plots no. 1035 and 1087 are located on Rämsiweg in Horw, The construction project envisages the construction of a new apartment building with 8 residential units. The preliminary clarification 2023-5485 of 18 December 2023 serves as the basis for the construction project. The construction project will be submitted in accordance with the partial revision of the Horw building and zoning regulations, which will come into force in 2025, and is to be assessed exclusively in accordance with the new T-BZR.

Urban development The two plots are characterized by the steep slope, the protective forest to the rear, the Hinterbach green zone and the two bodies of water that run through the plots. Two adjoining volumes rise out of the slope, the upper of which has an attached attic storey. The polygonal shape of the new building project results from the topography and follows the contour lines of the terrain. The two volumes are particularly striking due to their rather closed side façades.
