A new residential and commercial district is being developed at Obernauerstrasse 104 and 106 in Kriens-Obernau on the site of a former sawmill. This project will further develop the neighborhood, adding attractive residential, retail, and commercial spaces.

The project comprises two new buildings—Building 104 and Building 106—which are connected by a shared basement.
