Together with all landowners, an overall concept is to be created for a residential development that is appropriate to the location and offers a high quality of living and surroundings. The municipality wants to achieve this goal through a quality-assuring process (accompanied concept process). The process is to be accompanied by a committee consisting of the landowners, external experts and representatives of the local planning commission and the municipal council.
